GM-45341 is used to remove various wheel drive shafts when there is no access to pry the shaft from the axle or transmission case. GM45341 is attached around the shaft joint, and tightened into position. GM-02619-A Slide Hammer is attached to GM45341 or GM-47829 Slide Hammer Extension, and used to safely remove the shaft from the component. Unapproved methods will damage the joint, seal, slinger, or component.
