Gear ratio changes between T56 and TR6060 have caused gear diameters to increase. GM-39431-A removes these larger gears on TR6060 manual transmissions. GM-39431-A is placed around the gear to be removed, and attached to GM-8433 Puller using the supplied threaded rods and hardware. GM-8433 and the supplied nuts of GM-39431-A are tightened against the output shaft to draw the gear off the shaft. Unapproved methods will damage transmission components.
