GM-44644 is a special set of jaws used with the plate and screw assembly from GM-44641.

Though testing, it has been determined the common practice of prying seals from the clock is nit acceptable due to potential damage to the block and crankshaft. GM-44644 is a special set of jaws used with the plate and screw assembly from GM-44641. The forcing screw attached to the plate is used to react against the crankshaft end to pull the seal out.
