Two units of GM-36462-A are required components of the engine support fixture which is used to properly support the powertrain for multiple service procedures including, but not limited to, oil pan, cradle and transmission service or replacement. Attempts to support the engine in any way other that specified in GM service information may result in increased labor time and/or component damage.
