GM-46721 is used with GM-43263 Valve Spring Compressor to compress the valve spring when required for service. GM-46721 bolts to the head in place of the rocker shaft, and allows GM-43263 to pivot without slipping off the valve. Unapproved methods may damage the valve, spring, or seal.
