GM-47734 allows on-car replacement of the vehicle speed sensor in the 6T70 transaxle. It is clipped on the sensor harness connector and is pulled partway into the transaxle as the sensor is removed. The new sensor is then clipped onto the tether, and the tether is pulled back through the housing along with the harness to expose the connector for reattachment to its mating plug.
