GM-52314 is a set of 3 tools that correctly install and compress the solid PTFE seals on the turbine shaft.
GM-52314-1 Sizer has a tapered ID that gradually compresses the seals to the correct OD in their grooves so they will fit inside the forward clutch housing hub ID during assembly without being damaged by any nicks or cuts.
GM-52314-2 Pusher features expandable fingers that evenly push the seals down the protector into the grooves on the shaft, preventing over-expansion of the seals.
GM-52314-3 Protector is a smooth tube with a tapered OD that goes over the end of the turbine shaft and protects the seals from damage as they slide over the splines on the shaft.
