USERS INFORMATION FOR SAFETY GLASSES
CAUTION: These safety spectacles do not provide unlimited eye protection. For your own protection read these instructions completely before using this eye protection.
MATERIAL DECLARATION: No parts of the eye-protector which are in contact with wearer shall be made of materials which are known to cause any skin irritation.
STORAGE: When not in use, it is recommended to store the safety spectacles in a clean and dry poly bag or case for optimal protection.
DIRECTION OF USE: These spectacles have been designed for your personal safety. They must be worn for the whole duration of exposure to hazards. Leave the work area if dizziness or irritation occurs or if the spectacles become damaged.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTIONS:
To maintain your spectacles in good condition:
- Do not use abrasive materials. Clean and rinse in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Any part of the spectacles which are in contact with wearer shall be disinfected by alcohol.
FIELD OF USE: These safety spectacles are designed to protect the user against eye injuries through mechanical impact and flying particles.
REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES: Only use original spare parts to replace lenses. You should ensure the compatibility of marking and that the right lens is fitted.
TO REPLACE LENS: When a lens is scratched or broken, the user can replace it by detaching the damaged lens and inserting the new lens. (The frame will require warming.)
DURATION OF USE: Inspect for damage regularly, when the frame has become hard and brittle, the safety spectacles should be replaced.
WARNING:
- This product is for eye protection against moderate impact hazards but is not unbreakable.
- Do not modify or alter.
- Pitted or scratched lenses reduce vision and seriously reduce protection and should be immediately replaced.
- Materials which may come in contact with the wearer’s skin could cause allergic reaction to susceptible individuals.
- Always check with supervisory personnel to ensure you are being given the proper protection relative to working conditions.
- Safety spectacles worn over standard ophthalmic spectacles to protect against high speed particles may transmit impacts thus creating a hazard to the wearer.
- Optical class 3 oculars are not intended for long term use.
